When I wrote articles for Her Campus during the pursuit of my English degree, my eyes were opened to the power of channeling my “people skills” into my writing. This sparked engagement and connection with my audience and made it easier for my fellow short-form obsessed college kids to stop scrolling and read what I had to say. I seek projects where I get to chat with the reader like we’re old friends.
